Brooke has formal training in speech pathology, with postgraduate study in mental health and neuroscience. Her background sits at the intersection of language, cognition, and learning, informed by work across clinic, school, and multidisciplinary environments supporting children and adolescents with language, executive functioning, and learning differences.
This work exposed a consistent gap: assessment could confirm writing was difficult, but could not direct what to teach next. That gap led to the development of Attuned2Write and The Attuned Spot.
Her focus is on making the writing process visible, translating developmental knowledge into structured systems that guide assessment, instruction, and progress across environments. She leads the development of AWIDA and the Attuned2Write framework.

Jemma has formal training in occupational therapy, with a background in neurodevelopment, executive functioning, and participation. Her experience spans clinic, school, and multidisciplinary environments, supporting children and adolescents with differences in regulation, coordination, attention, and learning.
Her work examines how cognitive, sensory, and environmental conditions shape a student’s ability to engage with writing. It centres on the processes that sit beneath performance, including interoception, motor planning, executive functioning, and self-regulation.
At The Attuned Spot, Jemma leads the design of structured, evidence-informed systems that ensure strategies are embedded into the environments where students learn, not left as recommendations.

Devinka is a commercial finance leader and strategic advisor with 16+ years of experience across retail, FMCG, apparel, and impact investing. She has built and led financial functions inside some of Australia's largest organisations, including Woolworths Group, Metcash, and Goodman Fielder where her work shaped decisions on some of the largest capital projects in the country.
In impact investing, she assessed international funds across ClimateTech, EdTech, and Fintech, seeing what scaled and what didn't. The difference was never the idea. It was the infrastructure behind it.
At The Attuned Spot, Devinka leads commercial strategy, financial sustainability, and growth architecture, bringing the structural and commercial rigour to ensure the framework is not only effective, but its integrity is maintainable as it scales.

We know this because we lived it. Writing was the barrier that kept effort from turning into success. That experience shaped us into who we are: people who refused to accept that students should be left to struggle inside a system that cannot explain why the difficulty exists.
